Returns: Due to the nature of the products we create, we do not offer returns. If you ever have a problem with an order, please let me know so we can come to a solution.

Refunds: Due to the nature of the products we create, we do not offer refunds. However, you can receive a refund if you cancel your registration to a Play-Date no less than 24 hours before the Play-Date event date.
