4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Play-Date Events: Cancellations must be made 2 days in advance to be eligible for a refund or credit.

  • Products: Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

We are not responsible for any injuries, allergies, or other issues that may occur during play-dates or from the use of our products.
